Membership terms

These terms define the €500/year Sankofa Digital membership. The programme is designed to support ongoing product development and community initiatives.

Scope of membership

Perks include early access to new apps, a 10% discount on monthly services, and participation in roadmap feedback.
No equity, ownership, dividend, or profit rights are granted.
Benefits are personal to the member and may not be assigned or transferred.

Term & renewal

Membership lasts for one year from the confirmation date. Renewal is optional and subject to the fee in effect at the time of renewal.

Refund policy

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once access is granted. Exceptional cases may be reviewed by contacting support@sankofa-digital.ai within 14 days of purchase.

Compliance notice

Membership is not a security or investment offering. It does not confer ownership, voting, or profit rights in Sankofa Digital OÜ.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Estonian courts.
